Machining of stainless steel parts for the ITER nuclear fusion project

Machining project of medium and large size stainless steel parts for the ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) nuclear fusion project.

Experimental project  of crucial importance to the advancement of nuclear fusion and paving the way for commercial fusion power plants.

The installation of this project is located in Cadarache, in the south of France, and has the collaboration of 35 countries to build the largest Tokamak in the world.

BURDINBERRI is involved in machining parts throughout different phases of the project in which they are joined to finish building the final structure.
