Our engineering has resources and capacities enabling comprehensive execution of turnkey projects. The team, made up of 13 persons, counting engineers, designers and draughtsmen, develops both the design and the CNC programming (3 and 5 axes) for our projects, acting in turn as a support for our production department.

With our lengthy experience and AIRBUS certification for tooling design, we tackle complex engineering projects, including the automation of production processes as well as static tooling.

SOFTWARE:
- Design: 6 CATIA v5 workstations, 2 CATIA v4 workstations, 2 UNIGRAPHICS NX workstations and 2 CAMAX workstations. - CNC programming: 2 CATIA v5 workstations, 2 UNIGRAPHICS NX workstations, 3 WORKNC workstations, 2 CAMAX workstations and one for PROSPECTOR.
- Simulation: IGRIP (robotics simulation).
- PLM/PDM: SMARTEAM.
- Microsoft Project Server (planning software).
- Communications system (SISCOM) which means we have all Burdinberri’s CNC machines connected to our engineering stations on the same data network.

HARDWARE:

- 21 modern workstations (PC and UNIX) connected to the work network.
- NAS201 geometric data server.
- Automated backup management (VERITAS).
- Plotters, printers, etc.
